Does a black woman need unnatural straight hair to be considered beautiful?

Does a black woman need unnatural straight hair to be considered beautiful?

It seems that the stigma of "nappy", "unkempt" and "ugly" has a lasting effect on Black women to make them feel incomplete with their real Afrocentric hair type, so they must spend billions annually just to unnaturally straighten their hair. Why? Aren't you truly beautiful with your short curly hair? Why allow the residual slave era stigma to linger and misguide you?

It's this self hate that has led white owned institutions to rule the natural Afrocentric hair texture as unacceptable in their environment, thus leading to termination of many black women. In fact the people who are enforcing the unnatural straightening of black women's hair tend to be black women in authoritarian positions of white establishments.

Stay 100 all the time and regain the respect of the long lost dominant culture.
